OzCAD has now extended its free technical support to cover the two most recent versions of Vectorworks. Registered Australian users of Vectorworks 2009 and 2010 can now obtain Level 1 support as outlined below.

Support for all prior versions is now only available via email using the Level 2 support service outlined below.

Support for students is only available by email, using the appropriate Support Request Form to the right.

Level 1 Support
This level of support is only offered to registered Australian users of Vectorworks 2009 and 2010 and is available by email, fax or telephone using the contact details below. In order to help you more quickly, we recommend using the Support Request Form to the right for any new issue, as this gives us the information we require up front. Level 1 support is given priority over Level 2 support.

Level 2 Support
This level of support is also free and offered to registered Australian users of Vectorworks 10, 11, 12 and 2008. It is only available by email using the Support Request Form to the right. Support will be provided for major issues only, and where information is still available.

Technical support is designed to help you overcome technical difficulties in using our software. It is not intended as a source of training. We recommend you consult the User Guide, On-Line Help or other resources on this site before contacting us, in order to attempt to resolve the problem yourself.

If you do contact us, the response wil be faster if you supply the following information or have it at hand when calling:

• Registered user's name
• Vectorworks serial number
• Exact Vectorworks version
(for example 2008 SP3)
• Exact operating system version
(e.g. Mac OS 10.4.11 or Win XP SP3)
• A brief description of the problem

If the problem involves other hardware such as a printer, please provide the printer brand and model.
