Layout Manager Improvements
These new controls and enhancements are sure to increase productivity for third-party developers. You'll now be able to create new dialogue boxes and convert existing dialogue boxes to use the layout manager system. You'll also have more control over scrolling speed during drag and drop, as well as adjust component sizing and position at the pixel level, for better control alignment. You'll also be able to view full tooltip labels of truncated names in many controls and icon labels in list browsers.
